The 2005 Event

The 2005 Burton Awards Program was held in the Great Hall of The Library of Congress on Monday evening, June 6, 2005 at 5:45 p.m. The theme was “The Greatest Moments in Law”. The cocktail party began at 5:45 p.m., with the dinner at 6:30 p.m. Formal attire was required. The event was sold out.

Over 400 guests attended who included judges, deans, managing partners in the nation’s largest law firms, professors, corporate counsel, attorneys and students.
