2012 Nomination Form for Corporate General Counsel Legend-in-Law Award
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA
A supporting statement is required, not to exceed 150 words, explaining in the third person, why the nominee has been exemplary in defending or promoting the interests of a corporation, business or entity. The selection will be made on the following criteria: reputation in both the legal profession and as a proven authority in a specialized area of law; background and experience; complexity and scope of matters handled; global or national importance of issues confronted; and proven leadership.
A nominee must be - or have been - the General Counsel of a corporation whose gross annual revenues exceeded $1 Billion in 2011. There is no length of time that a General Counsel must have served in the position.
THERE IS NO FEE OR COST OF ANY KIND. Only one nominee can be submitted per law firm per year.
