PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA

A) A supporting statement is required which explains, in the third person, why the nominee has been exemplary in establishing or promoting public service.

B) The selection will be made on the following criteria: 1. counsel has been employed in the executive branch of government at any time over the last ten years; 2. the nominated party has demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

C) Performance will be considered between the years of 2000 and 2009.

D) Only one nominee for each category can be submitted per law firm.

E) This completed nomination form together with a copy of the supporting statement should be submitted online at www.burtonawards.com and must be received by February 15, 2010.
