Tribute Opportunities for Corporations

ALL COMMITMENTS ARE DUE BY WEDNESDAY, MAY 20,2009 WITH ADS BY TUESDAY MAY 26, 2009. The following opportunities are offered to honor and support the winners at the Tenth Anniversary Program! All Contributions are tax deductible. Please complete the following order form and send on electronically. The packages apply to corporations.
	Option 1. GOLD STATUS - $16,500 A Table of Ten ($25,000 value) Second Gold Table for the same supporter: $13,500.
	Option 2. PLATINUM STATUS - $21,000 A Table of Ten in a Premium Location ($28,500 value) Second Premium Table for the same supporter: $17,800 additional.
	Individual Seats : Additional Individual seats sold thru Law Firm packages are $2,750 per person
Only for Legends in the Law:
	For a Tribute Ad in the separate Tribute Section by a supporter which will be included in the Dinner program for ads in support of the ten Legends in Law Winners: $6,500.
