Jane Sullivan Roberts is the Chair of the Burton Awards Public Service and Public Interest Awards Program. A Partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Mlegal Group, she advises high-profile law firm partners and groups on lateral moves, and senior government lawyers transitioning to the private sector. Prior to joining Mlegal, Jane was a partner at the recruiting firm Major, Lindsey & Africa, and before that, she was a partner in the Global Technology Group at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where she was also the Executive Partner for Talent Development. Jane clerked for the Honorable James M. Sprouse, Federal Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
